ABOUT DR. NALINI YELAMANCHI
Dr Yelamanchi attended Medical School in India and then completed her residency in 1997 at the Chicago Medical School in Illinois. Since then she has worked in intensive care units, supervised and taught residents at the Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, then in 2001 she came to Leesburg, Florida and as the Director of the VA Outpatient clinic, as well as serving at the Thomas Langley Medical Center and with the Ocala and Munroe Regional Medical Centers. Ever since opening her practice in The Villages in 2008 Dr. Yelamanchi's goal is to provide quality health care in a friendly compassionate environment. ABOUT OUR NURSE PRACTITIONER
SHELLEY GRAHAM
Shelley Graham is a Board Certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Her passion and focus is primary care and preventative medicine.
Shelley graduated from the University of West Florida Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. After graduation, she gained valuable clinical and leadership experience during her 12-year tenure as a registered nurse. Shelley then graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota with a Masters of Science in Nursing. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and has gained specialization in primary care and gastroenterology.
She is passionate about her patients, and her mission of preventative medicine, disease education, and focus on the treatment of the whole patient. Her goal is to ensure her patients live their lives to the fullest.
Shelley is a Florida native, and resides in the Villages. In her free time she loves to volunteer, read, travel, exercise, and enjoy the beautiful sunny Florida beaches.
